Here is some of the equipment and materials we use in our lab.  Many of these items have been acquired through grants and special funding.  This does not mean that your school/department will not fund them.  In many cases, consumable items such as powder and other "necessary" items for the program will be included in the yearly science budget.  Below is just some of the equipment we use in class.
