New Rochelle High School

The Special Education Department offers services for students who need individualized instructional plans to accommodate their learning differences.  These individualized instructional plans are outlined in each student’s IEP.  The IEP is used to assist special and general education teachers in having students with special needs meet the New York State Learning Standards as well as the requirements for a Regents diploma.  Transitional planning is also provided to help special education students reach their postgraduate goals.
