Class of 2024: College Applications
Applications:
Start your applications, many schools are on the Common Application or the Coalition Application. You will need to create an account with the application you are using and then fill it out. Once the application is complete (and has been reviewed), it can be submitted. Completed applications include personal information, school information, activities, courses, essay(s) and finally payment.

Recommendations:
After the student has asked a teacher for a recommendation, they should request it officially through Naviance. Teacher recommendations are mostly submitted through Naviance, along with the counselor recommendation and transcript. Be sure to thank teachers who write your letter of recommendation!
Students are responsible for submitting SAT or ACT scores to colleges.
They should log in to College Board or ACT and send the scores to each school they are applying to that require scores.
These scores are not on the student transcript and usually need to be officially sent from the testing company.
The FAFSA is required for anyone who is seeking financial aid to pay for college. It can be done at anytime after October 1st of senior year, and does not need to be done before submitting applications. The website is Student Aid
