Congratulations to New Rochelle High School senior Veronica Yu, who has been recognized for her exceptional aptitude in academics, leadership, and community service by the Westchester Association of Chinese Americans (WACA).
Among a highly competitive field, Veronica was selected as the third-place recipient of the 2023-2024 WACA Outstanding Student Leadership and Community Service Award.
“I am excited and honored to have received this award,” she said. “It's a reminder of the incredible support and opportunities this school has provided me, and I look forward to giving back however I can in the future.”
