The voices of New Rochelle High School students were eloquent and powerful while offering a presentation during Tuesday’s Board of Education meeting. Senior Nila Roper and ninth-grader Luca Lazzarini discussed activities such as the FEMpowerMENt Club, which is working with high school and school district administrators to ensure a safe environment for all students; autism awareness; a show of support for lives impacted by the conflict in Ukraine; a recent Job Fair; TheatreWorks’ “Theory of Relativity” musical; and Spring Spirit Week. Congratulations to these students and so many others who enhance and exhibit positivity, achievement and success!
